Visas in Poland

Printing confirmation from email should contain the address of the sender and the recipient, the date of departure;
  • certificate from the place of work, decorated in a blank with the details of the organization, indicating the position, work experience and size of wages;
  • For private entrepreneurs – a copy of the certificate of registration of a physical or legal entity, as well as a certificate of registration with the tax authority (INN);
  • For students – a certificate from the place of study, and in the event of a trip to school time – a certificate of resolution is absent in classes;
  • evidence of sufficient funds for traveling at the rate of 100 zł per person per day (extract from the bank account, certificate of form 2 – NDFL, credit cards and certificate from the bank or an extract about the balance of funds received through an ATM, traveler checks, signed by the applicant). In the event that the trip pays the third person, the statement from the sponsor, confirmation of its financial consistency and a copy of the sponsor passport;
  • a copy of electronic air tickets or railway tickets to both either confirmation of tickets (this requirement is not mandatory, but the availability of such documents may increase the chance of issuing a visa);
  • In the event of a trip by car – the original and a copy of the document that gives the right to use the existing vehicle, the original and a copy of international driver’s license, a copy of the Green Card International Insurance Policy;
  • Original and copy of the medstrashovka, valid throughout Shengen and for the whole trip. The amount of insurance coverage should be at least 30 thousand euros. The consular department of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in the our Federation recommends issuing a policy, the term of which exceeds the term of the alleged stay in the country for 15 days.

Transit visa

Transit visa is not required to transplant passengers on connecting flights at airports of Poland within 24 hours from arrival. It is forbidden to leave the controlled transit airport zone. Requirements for photos

If you are supposed to travel with children, you must provide a complete package of documents, as well as a birth certificate (original and copy), a copy of the internal passport of the parent (with personal data and registration). Schoolchildren provide certificate from educational institution.
For children who have reached 6 years and included in the parents’ passport, a photograph should be pasted into the passport. Children who have reached 14 years old must have their own passport.

If the child travels accompanied by one parent or third parties, it is necessary to provide a copy of a notarized power of attorney to export a child from the remaining parent and a copy of the trust passport. Procedure for registration of visa

Duration of Visa

The consular fee is not charged with the following categories of citizens:
– children under the age of 6;

When applying for a visa to the Consulate General of Poland in Kaliningrad, visa fee is not charged with children under the age of 12, which are citizens of Russia and Belarus, with children under the age of 18 – citizens of Moldova and Ukraine.

Additional conditions of entry

To confirm the availability of funds necessary for entry, staying or leaving from the territory of Poland, at the request of a border guard employee: Polish or foreign cash currency, travel checks or credit cards, a certificate of payment of payment funds in a bank with branches in Poland (must be issued no later than 1 month before crossing the border). Acting visa in an annulled passport
